Leona Maguire secures Ladies European Tour Card

Leona Maguire from County Cavan in Ireland has today secured her playing rights on the Ladies European Tour after five gruelling rounds in Morocco at Tour School.

After rounds of 68, 70, 70 72, 67 and a win on the first hole of a play off, she secured the fifth and final spot, gaining category 5 on the Ladies European Tour for 2019.

Having turned professional in May 2018 after graduating from Duke University Leona has played the majority of her golf on the Symetra Tour this season. All of us at Modest! Golf Management extend our best wishes for this fantastic achievement just 8 months after turning professional.
